Aphrizone Terms and Conditions

Restricted Products

The following items are strictly prohibited on Aphrizone:

1. Adult Content and Materials
   Any items of a sexual nature, adult-oriented content, or images containing nudity are not allowed, except for artistic nudes. This includes, but is not limited to, adult magazines and unrated films with explicit sexual content. Links to external sites that offer adult materials are also prohibited.
2. Controlled Substances and Drug Paraphernalia
   The sale of narcotics, steroids, and other controlled substances is prohibited. This also extends to paraphernalia intended for the use or manufacture of controlled substances.
3. Embargoed Countries
   We do not allow the sale of items from countries under embargo regulations, which currently include:
   • Burma (Myanmar) (only jadeite and rubies are restricted)
   • Cuba
   • Iran
   • North Korea
   • Sudan
   • Syria
4. Weapons and Explosives
   Firearms, explosives, air rifles, military items, and knives are strictly prohibited. Any items that could be associated with law enforcement or governmental bodies are also banned to prevent identity fraud or theft.
5. Hazardous Materials
   Selling items classified as hazardous materials or “dangerous goods” per international transportation regulations is forbidden.
6. Illegal Activities
   Aphrizone prohibits the sale of any items that promote, encourage, or facilitate illegal activities.
7. Locksmith Devices
   Locksmithing tools, including lock-picking devices, are not allowed for legal reasons.
8. Personal Information
   Listings that include personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses are strictly prohibited.
9. Medical Devices
   The sale of medical devices and any substances that require a prescription is not allowed.
10. Hate Speech and Violence
    Items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, or intolerance based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation are strictly prohibited.
11. Police-Related Items and Stolen Property
    Items related to law enforcement or government-issued property, including stolen goods, are not permitted.
12. Cosmetics and Personal Use Items
    Aphrizone prohibits the sale of used cosmetics and any other personal care items.
13. Financial Instruments
    The sale of credit cards, prepaid cards, debit cards, or any similar financial instruments is restricted.
14. Surveillance Devices
    Items intended to record private conversations or activities without consent are banned.
15. Bootleg Recordings
    Unauthorized recordings of concerts or live performances (bootlegs) are prohibited.
16. Game Enhancements
    Modchips, custom firmware, and other devices designed to alter video game systems are not allowed.

Thank you for choosing Aphrizone. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of our website and services. By using Aphrizone (referred to as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the platform immediately.

Account Creation and Eligibility
To use Aphrizone, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country of residence) to form a legally binding contract. By creating an account, you agree that you are responsible for all activities associated with it. Any unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately.

User vs. Retailer
As a User, you may browse and purchase products listed on the platform. As a Retailer, you may sell products by creating an account, subject to our verification process. All Retailers must comply with the additional Retailer Terms of Use.

Agreement Between Users and Retailers
Purchases made through Aphrizone form a direct legal agreement between the User and the Retailer. Aphrizone solely facilitates this relationship and is not a party to any such agreement.

Privacy Policy
Your use of Aphrizone is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of personal information as described therein.

Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our platform, you accept the updated Terms.

Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe environment, Users are prohibited from:

• Spamming or promoting third-party products or services.
• Posting offensive, hateful, or obscene content.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

Marketplace Operations
Aphrizone is a hyperlocal marketplace connecting consumers with local retailers. Retailers are responsible for creating accurate product listings, and Aphrizone does not guarantee the quality or legality of listed items.

Returns and Disputes
Retailers are required to offer at least a 14-day return policy on non-perishable goods. If you encounter any issues with a purchase, you should first contact the Retailer. If unresolved, Aphrizone will assist in resolving disputes to the best of our ability.

Limitation of Liability
Aphrizone is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our services, except where legally mandated.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the country operated and handled in the courts of that specific country any internationa dispute , will be governed by the laws of the Netherlands and handled in the courts of Amsterdam, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property
The content and materials on Aphrizone are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Aphrizone.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Aphrizone for any liabilities or claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Final Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aphrizone regarding your use of our platform.
